The staff here is awsome super kind and super helpfull like kaitlynn she helped me through some issues for the appartment and she was nothing but kind and understanding

Our first home when moving here in Utah. Indeed, it is outdated. Many things needing to be fixed. However that was with the old management. When new managment came in as well as Kaitlynn being the current manager, things are slowly progressing. There are many projects at hand. Lot of activities for tenants to come out and socialize. Many things have changed since we have lived here for two years. Also, managment does their best to give time to tenants with their new payment options as well which is a plus plus. Maintenance with David is cool. He walks around and check on things as well as Kaitlynn. Also, a very peaceful, quiet community. We love our neighbors!

The Manager, Kaitlynn is very responsive when issue occur wether it be maintenance problems, front office activities or questions regarding your lease.

I have lived at these apartments for a couple months now and have had a great experience since day one! The on site manager Kaitlynn is AWESOME. Honestly so nice and always there if you need anything at all. And often see her walking around saying hi to the residents. This place is great and I can tell they plan to do a lot in the near future to really amp this place up. They care about the residents and the property itself! Always making improvements. 10/10, 5 stars!

Management is awful. They charge you for every little thing. Youâll end up paying hundreds of more dollars a month for stuff they donât tell you about. The only reason they have good reviews is because they give out gift cards for them. DO NOT rent from here.

Management is terrible. When my wife and I first moved in, we asked them what we had to pay for and they reassured us we would only have to pay for rent and electricity. We asked again just to make sure. Turns out that wasn't the case. We ended up paying $200 -$300 dollars more monthly than what was explained to us multiple times. That and they kept on raising prices through our 1 year of living there. I do not recommend this place unless you like getting scammed of your money.

Back stairs project was supposed to be done in six weeks. It's been several months. No AC. There is no grass. No trees. It used to look really nice outside. However the new paint job looks really good. I just wish they would finish the stairs.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT RENT here!!! It's nice on the outside but inside has many fixer upper needed. I remember asking them before moving in that painting is needed, appliance needs fixing, as well as their water heater, but to no avail it was never worked on. Not to mention they no longer accept checks thru mobile payment. Glad I moved out as well as many other tenants is what I've heard. The price is somewhat reasonable but then again there is MOLD in their apartments!!!!

Horrible place too expensive, management is horrible, Emily is a racist person They didnât give me my deposit back , they charged me for everything that was already broken in the unit before moving in about 3 years ago and still claiming I owe them money I left the unit better than it was, management didnât want to renew my contract they had no explanation why, do not rent from this place is garbage
