Such amazing service! My apartment is a little old and it definitely has it’s quirks, but this apartment complex is such a quiet community. The office person, Katelyn handles all of our questions and work orders with so much care. Love it here! We will probably stay here for many years.

I’m leaving this review because Charles the maintenance man is great at what he does. He’s a fast worker and always does a thorough job. Every time I have dealt with Charles he has shown me that he goes above and beyond. Not only does he show amazing work ethic, he also demonstrates integrity. He always follows through with what he says. Reliable, trustworthy, genuine and efficient are words to describe Charles. I’m grateful for his service to Cascade!

I had a great experience with Cascade Ridge apartments. The team has always been prompt and professional, offering helpful responses to my questions. My transition into the apartment was smooth, thanks to their support. When I encounter an issue with the stove, they replaced it without hesitation, showing their commitment to resident satisfaction. Overall, they made my stay comfortable and pleasant.

The management is very responsive and organized. The residents here are quiet and respectful. I've really enjoyed living here while enrolled in college.

The team at Cascade Ridge is second to none!!! Kaitlynn is extremely organized and is one of the kindest and most helpful person I have met!!! She is always working her hardest to make Cascade Ridge an amazing place to live. Charles has a wealth of knowledge and has tackled large renovation projects flawlessly and always has a positive attitude. You really could not ask for a better team to run this property. It has been a pleasure working with them.

Living here has been great! We moved into a different unit and the process was easy and fast. Management has been awesome, as well as maintenance!

It’s fine I got rent a lil slow but other then that it’s great Katlyn helped a lot with the pay and the apps and overall she is great a her job

the mangers here are so amazing and help me with anything i need especially kaitlyn! she’s so sweet and so kind and always so patient with me! the maintenance guys are so sweet and so fast! and even grab my packages for me! it’s an amazing place to live!

The staff here is awsome super kind and super helpfull like kaitlynn she helped me through some issues for the appartment and she was nothing but kind and understanding

Our first home when moving here in Utah. Indeed, it is outdated. Many things needing to be fixed. However that was with the old management. When new managment came in as well as Kaitlynn being the current manager, things are slowly progressing. There are many projects at hand. Lot of activities for tenants to come out and socialize. Many things have changed since we have lived here for two years. Also, managment does their best to give time to tenants with their new payment options as well which is a plus plus. Maintenance with David is cool. He walks around and check on things as well as Kaitlynn. Also, a very peaceful, quiet community. We love our neighbors!

The Manager, Kaitlynn is very responsive when issue occur wether it be maintenance problems, front office activities or questions regarding your lease.

I have lived at these apartments for a couple months now and have had a great experience since day one! The on site manager Kaitlynn is AWESOME. Honestly so nice and always there if you need anything at all. And often see her walking around saying hi to the residents. This place is great and I can tell they plan to do a lot in the near future to really amp this place up. They care about the residents and the property itself! Always making improvements. 10/10, 5 stars!

This place is really awesome. The apartments are nice and clean. Lots of them have recently been remodeled and I love that.

Our little family has enjoyed living at Cascade Ridge. It’s a great location, nearby many parks. We’ve had great service when needed something fixed. Plus with the market inflation going up in prices, the price here is very reasonable and been stable.

We have 3 babies and this apartment at Cascade Ridge has been a reasonable price and great location to all the local grocery stores and events in the community! We especially enjoy how Charles the maintaince guy is quick to fix and communicate with any issues.

I absolutely am excited to live here. We love the manager Emily. The community seems so great and love how they do fun things for the tenants! Follow their instagram, it’s very enjoyable! When we toured the apartments, we fell in love! Very close to UVU and close to lots of shops. Literally heart of Orem! Amazing place.

We have loved living here! It is our first apartment since being married and we have had a great experience. The apartment is nice and newly upgraded. It has spacious rooms and friendly neighbors. The staff at Cascade has always gotten back to us quickly with any issues and created an easy move in process.

I have experience visiting this apartments since years because my aunt lives here and also my grandma, I just rented an unit for myself and I can say I recommend this place 1000000% is a very quiet neighborhood, with schools nearby, the appliances work perfectly and the apartments are very wide and comfortable, they have absolutely everything you need if you are a family or by yourself like myself. Easy access to the freeway and lots of entertainment centers and restaurants nearby. The staff of the office is very kind and they help you a lot with your process to make it smooth and easy. The price of the rent is also really good for a 2 bedroom apartment, I absolutely recommend this place!

I really love it here . It’s by far the best apartment s ever lived in . They have the best neighbors the best landlords and very clean Atmosphere, no smell of smoke it’s just so cool the land lords plan movie party’s and more . It’s so cool I love it here .

I love my new home. The landlord is EXCEPTIONAL as well as the maintence team. It has been easy to put in requests for changes and all of my needs have been met so far. When I moved in; my apartment had fresh paint, clean carpets, adorable new flooring, and beautiful high ceilings. My space is very spacious for an affordable price. My daughter has been in awe with her new bedroom and the park is a great place for her to use some of her energy. We have loved the look and feel of our new place as well as the quite and friendly neighborhood and the amazing services offered to us by the management team. I turned down several appartments because I had a feeling about this one - and I was right! I could not have joined a better community for my daughter and I to call home. 5 star review. Lived there for at least 10 years. (First 91 then 90 then 72) Great people and a fun environment for young families.
