I’ve loved living here in Cascade Ridge with my son. The prices are relatively affordable compared to other apartments I’ve lived in, and it’s nice and quiet at night. Charles, who handles maintenance, and Steven, the complex manager, have both been amazing whenever I’ve needed help. Charles has even come after hours to fix urgent issues, and Steve has been great at making sure everything runs smoothly and being understanding when things come up that are out of my control. Most recent Steve and Charles both went above and beyond to replace and fix my water heater they were on it without skipping a beat! Overall, a great experience so far! Great apartment complex (would be even better with a dishwasher haha — but you can’t have it all). Definitely recommend!

My water heater was leaking over the weekend and I got a brand new one a couple of hours later. Charles told me what to expect as the new water heater refilled and what to do if it wasn’t working how it should after installation.

Lived at Cascade Ridge for about two years with my wife and for the price at the time it was definitely worth it, however, the price has risen so we chose to leave. Very pet friendly, we had guinea pigs and never had any issues. I think the biggest concern for someone looking into this place is that it has a very small kitchen (it was very common to prep food on our dryer/washing machine). Some suggestions for Cascade Ridge is to add a recycling dumpster and to add one or two light posts due to how dark it can get resulting in feeling a bit unsafe. Huge shoutout to Charles who is part of maintenance, by far the best maintenance experience. Very polite, friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Anytime we had any issue, it was resolved within a day if not less.

Charles is the maintenance guy but honestly he does anything and everything to get the job done. We needed to terminate our lease early because we expecting our fourth and needed some more space. Management just happened to be changing staff right around the week we had booked several tours. Not a huge deal, but definitely frustrating to have multiple reschedules for potential buyers. It was just poor timing for staff to change is all. However, Charles saved our butts! My wife called him last minute during his lunch break to ask for help and he went on to tour our apartment during lunch to the new family that just signed papers today. He’s not just a maintenance man. His job isn’t to give tours but that’s just how much he cares about people. The cherry on top is my 3 girls basically treat him like a second grandpa whenever they cross paths. I know if anything happens at home while I’m working Charles is there to help out my wife and kids. That’s priceless! If the complex had any units with a garage and 2 more bedrooms we’d definitely stay just for Charles sake. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!! And some extra vacation time. ;)

Me and my partner just came from renting with Joseph Thomas, which was genuinely horrible. While I was a little sad of not being able to have a grill on the patio, I cannot express how much better of an experience it has been across the board so far otherwise. Rent is very reasonably priced, it's in a quiet neighborhood with covered parking and a small storage unit (at least for the 2 bedroom units). The floor plan is decently bigger than the last 4-plex we were in, and the closets are huge! But by far the best asset to Cascade Ridge is Kaitlynn in the main office. She has been extremely helpful, transparent, and has addressed all of our pre and post move-in concerns without us needing to follow up at all, and even for a couple small issues. I could go on and on about all the horrible experiences I've had as a renter, which seems to be the norm here in Utah. But it genuinely seems like Kaitlynn actually wants the renters here to just have a quiet place to live and be treated with respect, which is becoming increasingly hard to find these days. If our time here remains as pleasant as it's been these last few months since first signing with Cascade Ridge, I imagine we'll be here for a long time.

Our first home when moving here in Utah. Indeed, it is outdated. Many things needing to be fixed. However that was with the old management. When new managment came in as well as Kaitlynn being the current manager, things are slowly progressing. There are many projects at hand. Lot of activities for tenants to come out and socialize. Many things have changed since we have lived here for two years. Also, managment does their best to give time to tenants with their new payment options as well which is a plus plus. Maintenance with David is cool. He walks around and check on things as well as Kaitlynn. Also, a very peaceful, quiet community. We love our neighbors!

Me and my family recently moved in. We didn’t look at the place before we moved in. We were surprised at how spacious the apartment is, and so far we really like it. The only issue that we have noticed is with the walls. The was are gross and there’s gross stuff on all the walls and lots of random hair. The walls could be washed and probably use some painting. That’s the only thing we can complain about everything else is nice and we are enjoying the place

I have experience visiting this apartments since years because my aunt lives here and also my grandma, I just rented an unit for myself and I can say I recommend this place 1000000% is a very quiet neighborhood, with schools nearby, the appliances work perfectly and the apartments are very wide and comfortable, they have absolutely everything you need if you are a family or by yourself like myself. Easy access to the freeway and lots of entertainment centers and restaurants nearby. The staff of the office is very kind and they help you a lot with your process to make it smooth and easy. The price of the rent is also really good for a 2 bedroom apartment, I absolutely recommend this place!

I love my new home. The landlord is EXCEPTIONAL as well as the maintence team. It has been easy to put in requests for changes and all of my needs have been met so far. When I moved in; my apartment had fresh paint, clean carpets, adorable new flooring, and beautiful high ceilings. My space is very spacious for an affordable price. My daughter has been in awe with her new bedroom and the park is a great place for her to use some of her energy. We have loved the look and feel of our new place as well as the quite and friendly neighborhood and the amazing services offered to us by the management team. I turned down several appartments because I had a feeling about this one - and I was right! I could not have joined a better community for my daughter and I to call home. 5 star review.
