I have lived at these apartments for a couple months now and have had a great experience since day one! The on site manager Kaitlynn is AWESOME. Honestly so nice and always there if you need anything at all. And often see her walking around saying hi to the residents. This place is great and I can tell they plan to do a lot in the near future to really amp this place up. They care about the residents and the property itself! Always making improvements. 10/10, 5 stars!

Our little family has enjoyed living at Cascade Ridge. Itâs a great location, nearby many parks. Weâve had great service when needed something fixed. Plus with the market inflation going up in prices, the price here is very reasonable and been stable.

We have 3 babies and this apartment at Cascade Ridge has been a reasonable price and great location to all the local grocery stores and events in the community! We especially enjoy how Charles the maintaince guy is quick to fix and communicate with any issues.

I absolutely am excited to live here. We love the manager Emily. The community seems so great and love how they do fun things for the tenants! Follow their instagram, itâs very enjoyable! When we toured the apartments, we fell in love! Very close to UVU and close to lots of shops. Literally heart of Orem! Amazing place.
