I had so many questions. Not only did they answer my questions, they had a great brochure that was extremely helpful. Manager was kind, polite, and exuberant about sharing all her info.

Be aware that the management does not refund deposits, as they persist in deceptive practices, hoping tenants will eventually abandon their claims. During my absence, they entered my apartment and tampered with my belongings. Upon discovering the presence of my cameras, it was evident that their actions had already been recorded. Despite their obligation to clean air ducts, they neglected this responsibility, leaving me to undertake the task myself. Repeated complaints about Black Vine Weevil infestations were ignored, and no remedial action was taken. Kitchen air and fan filters were found to be heavily soiled with a mixture of grease and dust, which had been painted over. Several windows lack screens, and installing them appears to be a prolonged process. Additionally, water pressure is inadequate, and the pipes and water valves produce disruptive noises at night when neighbors use water. In the morning, tenants may experience sudden scalding in the shower if a neighbor is using water simultaneously. During winter, management advises tenants to leave water running from sinks and tubs to prevent pipe freezing, which increases utility expenses. The monthly charge for cameras is $40. I was charged for electricity and associated fees after establishing a contract with RMP. These charges included a penalty for non-payment, despite my ability to prove that no bills had been received. When I refused to pay the fee, an eviction notice was posted on my door, threatening to remove my belongings if the bill was not settled. I was compelled to pay additional fees as a result. The following month, I was charged again for electricity and a non-payment fee for a bill I never received. This account highlights the numerous issues tenants may face, and I can substantiate these claims. Rent here if you want to live in hell. Last but not least they make me take down the American Flag Response to the owner: Yes, it was presumably a relief to engage in conversation and receive a partial refund after nearly two months of persistent efforts and pressure to recover my money. Despite the eventual resolution, it is noteworthy that this aspect was not acknowledged by your team.
