Iâm really happy with Cascade Ridge. I live here with my two kids and itâs a very safe complex and quiet at night. The team at the office is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate Charles, the maintenance manager. I had a concern about my oven light and he was at my apartment within an hour of me submitting a request. After inspecting it and seeing some other issues with the old unit, he replaced it with a newer one that same day! EDIT: Still great work from Charles! My water heater was leaking over the weekend and I got a brand new one a couple of hours later. Charles told me what to expect as the new water heater refilled and what to do if it wasnât working how it should after installation.

Lived at Cascade Ridge for about two years with my wife and for the price at the time it was definitely worth it, however, the price has risen so we chose to leave. Very pet friendly, we had guinea pigs and never had any issues. I think the biggest concern for someone looking into this place is that it has a very small kitchen (it was very common to prep food on our dryer/washing machine). Some suggestions for Cascade Ridge is to add a recycling dumpster and to add one or two light posts due to how dark it can get resulting in feeling a bit unsafe. Huge shoutout to Charles who is part of maintenance, by far the best maintenance experience. Very polite, friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Anytime we had any issue, it was resolved within a day if not less.

Charles is the best part about this place, heâs incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. When he says heâll do something, he keeps his word. He installed new toilet and water heater for us, and we donât have to worry about things working or not. Shoutout to Charles!

Such amazing service! My apartment is a little old and it definitely has it’s quirks, but this apartment complex is such a quiet community. The office person, Katelyn handles all of our questions and work orders with so much care. Love it here! We will probably stay here for many years.

Iâm leaving this review because Charles the maintenance man is great at what he does. Heâs a fast worker and always does a thorough job. Every time I have dealt with Charles he has shown me that he goes above and beyond. Not only does he show amazing work ethic, he also demonstrates integrity. He always follows through with what he says. Reliable, trustworthy, genuine and efficient are words to describe Charles. Iâm grateful for his service to Cascade!

I received a summons from Cascade Ridge recently, asking for "relief" in the amount of $1000+. Apparently, they had sent a bill via mail, which I never received. Because I didnât know about these charges, the amount I now owe has doubled due to attorney fees. In todayâs digital age, couldnât they have sent an email or text? A simple notification could have saved both sides time, frustration, and extra costs. If Iâd known about the debt, I would have settled it and been on my way, with no need for this escalation. We were likely one of the longest-tenured tenants at Cascade Ridge, having lived here for over 12 years. Over the years, we put up with a lot: mold, insects, leaks, unpleasant smells, aging carpets, thin windows, outdated facilities, and poorly maintained grounds. Itâs disappointing to think that despite our long-term tenancy, none of these issues were fully resolved. For example, our carpet, which was old when we moved in, was never replaced. Maintenance fixes were often temporary, and it seemed that improving the overall quality of the units was not a priority. The living location is excellent, and the complex has been one of the more affordable options. However, with the condition of the units and lack of investment in updates, it feels like a missed opportunity to turn this property into a place where long-term tenants feel truly valued. A few basic updates over the yearsâlike replacing worn-out carpets, investing in better windows, or keeping the grounds cleanerâcould have gone a long way to make this a much better living experience. I do want to highlight that some aspects of the management were positive. Kaitlynn was friendly, and Dave and the other maintenance guy (sorry, I forgot his name) were always polite and did what they could within their capacity. However, itâs clear that the owner does not prioritize investing in the quality or upkeep of the property. In conclusion, after our move-out, we wonât be returning to Cascade Ridge, nor can I recommend it to anyone I know and care about.
