It is a great apartment complex. I do see changes for improvement which is great. However, the new payment portal, I do not like. I wish they remained with Domuso which was easier and more accessible. I'm having a hard time with trying to connect to my bank when it comes to Plaid. Sometimes, it would give me an error message. The fact that I cannot add my account manually sucks.

The fact that I cannot add my account manually sucks and I feel bad for the elderly resident living across from us because she is facing the same issues with Prisma not being able to connect with hers too and does not support some financial institution. Please go back to Domuso.

The only reason why this complex is great because of Charles, the maintenance guy. He is actually pretty great and it feels safe because he walks around to check up on the community. He deserves a raise. Hopefully he does get one. Every other tenants agree hence why the 5 stars. As for Stephen, meh! Many changes even with the new Prisma portal. I wish they still continued with Domuso which had more accessible options for payment. Price increases, yet their apartments are getting moldy and worned out. For the new tenants, be aware! Time to move out

Charles is what is special about this complex. He is always happy to help us and will even go out of his way to help, like reminding me to put on my new registration sticker. It brightens our day to see him walking around the complex with his tools, always helping with any small thing. We feel very safe knowing that he is here and actually cares about us and our safety

Charles is great, always there to help my grandma. And she's been there forever. Always working, in the hot sun with a smile. Glad he's around to help her. He really is the best at cascade.

Just moved in. Front office manager was amazing. And still checks on us. Charles the maintenance guy has been very friendly and helpful as well. Feels almost like home here.. I haven't experienced that in all the other apartments I've lived in. Thank you

Charles is amazing, even before I lived here he always took care of my grandma. When I moved in, he always helped us out. And made me laugh. He really does try and go above and beyond to make things smooth and get things fixed. He is one of the best guys ever, he's funny, and doesn't ever make you feel like a burden for asking for help. Even if it something small, and simple. I always appreciate his help, and funny banter. Thank you sir, for always having a great attitude.

Iâm really happy with Cascade Ridge. I live here with my two kids and itâs a very safe complex and quiet at night. The team at the office is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate Charles, the maintenance manager. I had a concern about my oven light and he was at my apartment within an hour of me submitting a request. After inspecting it and seeing some other issues with the old unit, he replaced it with a newer one that same day! EDIT: Still great work from Charles! My water heater was leaking over the weekend and I got a brand new one a couple of hours later. Charles told me what to expect as the new water heater refilled and what to do if it wasnât working how it should after installation.
