Worst place I have ever lived. They turned our water off without notice for three days in a row. There is no ventilation in the apartments and the only heating is an electric heated ceiling from the 1960s that pulls a crazy amount of power. The management was incredibly rude and dismissive, although I heard they got a new manager who is better. They lied to me over email about how much our rent would be raised too, and they refused to renew to my neighbors who had been living there for 12 years. I read up on housing laws to try to break the lease and much of what they were doing would have been illegal in other counties but Utah county has hardly any regulation on apartments. The apartment was also in overall horrible shape when we moved in, chipped cabinets, improperly patched holes in the wall, no hot water in the kitchen, etc. when they needed to fix a leak they left a giant hole in the ground outside full of water with exposed wires in it. They fine you for leaving anything on your porch and charge you a large fee every month for common area maintenance. Attaching photos of the emails where they quoted me two different prices for rent, one before I signed and one after I signed.

Charles is a PRO!!! Best maintenance experience I’ve ever had at an apartment before. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always prompt. I appreciate the maintenance team being so helpful and always explaining what they’re doing to fix an issue/what the underlying mechanical issue is.

Charles is always on top of his work and super efficient. He’s always friendly and checks on everything before leaving! When I see him in passing I always stop and chat with him, he’s hilarious and a really friendly guy

I just want to give a shoutout to Charles. He does the maintenance and has been on top of any and all issues! Listens to the issues and will find a resolution, very kind, and just a good person! I always see him smiling and keeps moving forward. He’s made it easier to be here!

I’ve loved living here in Cascade Ridge with my son. The prices are relatively affordable compared to other apartments I’ve lived in, and it’s nice and quiet at night. Charles, who handles maintenance, and Steven, the complex manager, have both been amazing whenever I’ve needed help. Charles has even come after hours to fix urgent issues, and Steve has been great at making sure everything runs smoothly and being understanding when things come up that are out of my control. Most recent Steve and Charles both went above and beyond to replace and fix my water heater they were on it without skipping a beat! Overall, a great experience so far! Great apartment complex (would be even better with a dishwasher haha — but you can’t have it all). Definitely recommend!

I am just writing to say how amazing Charles is. Charles is the maintenance man and not only is he always around and available, but he is super hard working and super efficient. Not much has gone wrong in the time we've lived here but the few things that have were taken care of same day with no issues. Love that guy, he deserves a raise 100%

My husband and I do not understand the new change with our resident portal. We are fairly new to the complex and Domuso had many options for us to submit our payment. Now with Prisma, Plaid does not partner with our financial institution. Why would you want to change a 4.8(Domuso) portal with a 1.2(Prisma) portal??. Our maintence is a good man. He walks around the complex making us feel safe.

It is a great apartment complex. I do see changes for improvement which is great. However, the new payment portal, I do not like. I wish they remained with Domuso which was easier and more accessible. I'm having a hard time with trying to connect to my bank when it comes to Plaid. Sometimes, it would give me an error message. The fact that I cannot add my account manually sucks.
