Kierra has been one of the best landlords we had. Super easy to talk to and inviting. She is always providing interactive activities and really creates a warm atmosphere. She is proactive in problem solving and really keeps one up to date if there is an ongoing step by step process that needs to be done. She also has a sense of tact and determination to help and create new senses of belonging for others. This place has been better since her arrival! :)

Charles the maintenance manager has once again outdone himself. My ac broke down and with the increasing temperatures outside it started to warm up pretty quick. Charles came by and fixed it without ease. I couldnât be more grateful! Thank you again!

I have been living here for a little over a year and just renewed my lease for another year. I genuinely enjoy living here itâs been great! Charles the maintenance manager just this morning fixed my garbage disposal at a drop of a hat, he doesnât skip a beat is efficient and keeps the place running smoothly! Couldn't recommend a better place to live especially with the amazing management.

Charles is a PRO!!! Best maintenance experience Iâve ever had at an apartment before. Heâs extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always prompt. I appreciate the maintenance team being so helpful and always explaining what theyâre doing to fix an issue/what the underlying mechanical issue is.
